January 2024: Successful completion of 550 seat call center - complete with Primary and Backup domain controllers, File Servers, four 60 inch call status screens. Network monitoring utilized PRTG & MRTG to track & trace bandwidth, bottleneck's and network anomalies.
110 Servers - AppDynamics Installation
December 2023: Installed and configured AppDynamics to achieved a 99.999% availability uptime for client servers that support more than 80,000 transactional calls per month.
Customized DataDog Dashboards
November 2023 : Installed and configured DataDog Dashboards to provide real-time insights into the performance and health of systems and applications within the clients IT environment.
