Once implemented, you will have the ability to perform the follow functions:

Public-Key Cryptography (Asymmetric)

Each user has a public key (shared with others) and a private key (kept secret).
The sender encrypts the email using the recipient’s public key.
Only the recipient’s private key can decrypt and open the email.

Symmetric Encryption

PGP generates a one-time session key to encrypt the actual message.
This session key is then encrypted with the recipient’s public key.
